1. Project Background
The user processes 0.8–2.0mm cold rolled coils and 3–6mm hot rolled coils. They needed one slitting line that could handle both high-speed thin-gauge slitting and high-torque medium-gauge slitting, reducing total investment and floor space.
2. Solution & Key Parameters
We supplied a 0.8–6.0mm × 1650mm double-head slitting line, balancing speed and torque by optimizing main motor power, shaft diameters and tension zones to switch smoothly between thin and medium gauge modes.
